This is a beautiful quote from Saint Francis of Assisi, an Italian friar and preacher. When I first read this quote, I realized if others can do it, so do I. But not all the time! We have different abilities and situations that can block our way in doing what others can.
There is this one bible quote:
That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
2 Corinthians 12:10
This tells us when we ask God and let him work through us, our weaknesses and obstacles in life are replaced with strength and endless possibilities that we never thought of can be done. When we hear people from the bible or people around us proclaiming God’s saving power in their lives, as a human being and children of God like them, we can also count on His power to work through us.
Another important thing, prayer without action is useless. When you ask for His guidance, don’t just sit there and wait for a miracle, act on it, practice and believe!
